Devlogs, Focus, and Building Toward April

This week at Tiny Brain Studios has been about sharpening our focus and setting clear direction for the months ahead.

You may have noticed a stronger emphasis on devlogs across our social channels. That’s intentional. We want to show more of the real development process, not just polished end results. Short, honest updates let us share progress faster and keep you closer to what we’re actually working on week to week.

Starting the Demo Journey

Behind the scenes, we’ve officially started working toward our first demo milestone, with April as a clear target. This doesn’t mean rushing features or cutting corners. It means defining a focused slice of the experience and holding ourselves to a higher standard of quality and cohesion.

Having this demo goal helps us prioritize better, align internally, and make sure every improvement serves the experience we want players to have.

Polish Over Noise

This week wasn’t about flashy additions. It was about refinement. We spent a lot of time polishing movement, animations, and overall game feel. These improvements often go unnoticed on screenshots, but they completely change how a game feels in your hands.

This kind of work is slow, deliberate, and incredibly important. And it’s where our focus will remain for a while.

Looking Ahead

We’re also quietly preparing something new. We can’t share details yet. Hush hush. But it’s something we’re genuinely excited about and can’t wait to talk about when the time is right.

As always, thank you for following along. More devlogs, more polish, and more updates coming soon.
