6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, items must be returned in their original condition. Once the returned items are received, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

If an order includes promotional items, gifts, or event-related bonuses, these items are considered part of the order. To receive a full refund, all items received must be returned. If items are not returned, we may reduce the refund accordingly where permitted by applicable law.

In addition to this legal right, we offer a voluntary refund period of up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition.
