Shelfbound Is Out

Shelfbound Is Out, and Something Else Has Begun

We have two pieces of game news to share. One is finally out in the world.

The other one is staying behind closed doors for a little while longer.

Shelfbound Is Out Now

Shelfbound has officially been released.

Shelfbound is a small, relaxing organisation game where a storm has left shelves in complete chaos. Items have been scattered everywhere, and it is your job to put everything back where it belongs.

There are no timers pushing you forward and no pressure to rush. Shelfbound is designed around taking your time, organising each area and slowly restoring order.

The game features two locations to organise: The Tavern and The Mansion, each filled with different items, shelves and layouts to work through.

The First TBS Workshop Project

Shelfbound is also important to us for another reason: it is the first game released as part of the TBS Workshop.

The TBS Workshop is our initiative for smaller, more experimental projects. It allows us to take ideas that we enjoy, give them a focused scope and turn them into complete games without every project needing to become a massive production.

Shelfbound was exactly that kind of project.

It gave us the chance to experiment, build something different and release a complete experience while continuing work on the bigger future of Tiny Brain Studios.

Something New Has Started

Shelfbound might be finished, but development definitely hasn’t stopped.

Work has already started on another project behind the scenes.

For now, that project is staying secret.

We’re not ready to reveal what it is, what it looks like or exactly how ambitious it might become. Right now, we’re focused on building, experimenting and figuring out what works before putting it in front of everyone.

What we can say is that the next project is already moving.

When there is something worth showing, you’ll hear about it.

What’s Next?

Shelfbound marks the beginning of the TBS Workshop rather than the end of a project cycle.

We want the Workshop to continue giving us room for smaller games, experiments and ideas while our other projects develop in the background.

For now, Shelfbound is available to play, another project is quietly taking shape, and there is plenty more happening at Tiny Brain Studios.

We’ll share more when the time is right.
